Due to the nature of E-Design works this means our services are non-refundable.  With review of your design questionnaire and skype meeting we afford every effort to provide you the very best service based off your answers and brief.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service please contact us and we will work with you to find a solution. We work very hard to provide all our clients an outstanding service, always giving 100% effort to creating a design that you will be happy with.
